A “pay-as-you-use” pricing is quite straightforward, you only pay based on your usage.
Add as much credit as you want to your Hucom wallet, and we will use them to pay our Assistance Heroes for each conversation.
To be as flexible as possible and adapt to your processes, we have multiple options to refill your account. You can set an automatic payment every time you reach a minimum, or once a week for a specific amount.
Feel free to reach out to us if you have a very specific use-case.

On Hucom, you only pay for each conversation our Assistance Heroes take care of, not per messages or for the hours of downtime.
We define a conversation as an interaction between a user and your company, starting from the first message and ending 24 hours later. During that duration, any number of questions can be answered.

Our Assistance Heroes are curated and trained to be your customer’s heroes. Yet, naturally they can’t have the answer to every question your customer may ask.
In that case, they will gather as much information as the situation require, categorize the request, and ascend it to the right department.
We will also ask you how to handle this case in the future and feed your AI to allow our Assistance Heroes to answer this particular question.

Of course not! With Hucom, you are the one in control. We are trying our best to adapt to your company processes.
At any time, you can turn your Hucom customer care on or off.
You can also set it up on a specific schedule, or with a maximum number of conversation per day/week.
